We are an outpatient occupational therapy practice specializing in hippotherapy, a treatment strategy that uses the movement of a horse to elicit desired physiological responses in the client in order to reach short term and long term objectives.
Before a new client can begin, we conduct an initial evaluation which will take approximately one hour. Prior to scheduling this evaluation, we are required by New York State law to have a physician's referral and prescription from your doctor (must be an MD). Both of these forms can be found on the right hand side of this page.
All forms and releases must be signed and returned (or brought with you) prior to commencement of the initial evaluation.
